Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because our services involve time, expertise, and project planning, the following refund policy applies to all purchases made through this website.
Deposits and Payments
Payments made for services may include non-refundable deposits or upfront fees required to begin work. Once work has started on a project, payments are generally non-refundable.
Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@creativerocketship.com. If a cancellation request is received before work has begun, a partial refund may be issued at the sole discretion of Creative Rocket Ship, LLC .
Work Already Completed
If services have already begun, refunds will not be issued for completed work, time invested, or resources allocated.
Project Abandonment
If the client becomes unresponsive for more than 30 days, the project may be considered abandoned and no refunds will be issued.
Chargebacks
By purchasing services from this website, customers agree to contact Creative Rocket Ship, LLC to resolve any concerns before filing a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue directly may be considered a violation of this agreement.
